Exact Hosting offers auto-renewal of domains and hosting services using a valid credit card on file.
While our team cannot accept credit card details by email or over the phone, updating the card information inside your account is easy.
Adding a credit card
The Exact Hosting system accepts all major credit cards for auto-pay.
Debit cards are not a valid form of payment for Exact Hosting services.
- Visit the Exact Hosting website and click on Login.
- To add a card, select Billing, then Payment Methods.
- Click Add new credit card.
- Create a personalized label in the Description field as an option.
- Enter your Card Number, Expiry Date, CVV/CVC2, and click Save Changes.
Removing a credit card
It is not possible to modify credit card information on file. Instead, we suggest removing the outdated or incorrect card.
- Visit the Exact Hosting website and click on Login.
- To remove a card, select Billing, then Payment Methods.
- Find the icons to the right of the card in question, and click Delete.
- Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up window.
