This document provides information on how you access and manage your email spam filtering quarantine if you have purchased our spam filter product. If you would like to know more about spam click here.
1) To login into your spam quarantine got to "nospam.exacthosting.com" enter your login information and push login. If you have forgotten your spam filters login information please refer to the Reset Email Password document.
2) Once logged in click "Refresh" to view your current spam quarantine.
3) Click "Settings" to access any management setting available on your spam filter. One the changes made are complete push "Update" to save any changes you have made.
A) Modify your "Spam Level" which you may set to "Normal", "High", and "Very High" to meet you specific filtering needs.
B) Modify your "Quarantine Report" by setting it to "enabled" if you would like the get a spam quarantine report by email or "disabled" if you would not like the receive a spam quarantine report.
C) Modify what email addresses you would like to "Allow" through your spam filter by entering in either test@example.com for a specific email address or *@example.com to allow a whole domains email addresses to pass through.
D) Modify what email addresses you would like to "Block" through your spam filter by entering in either test@example.com for a specific email address or *@example.com to block a whole domains email addresses from passing through.
4) Click "Password" to change your password by inputting your current password followed by the new password you wish to change to. Once finished push "Update".
