In this article we describe how to open and manage tickets for your account through your ExactHosting client area.
1. Login to the Exact Hosting Portal and enter your credentials.
2. Push on the button, "Tickets".
3. Opening a ticket:
- To open a ticket push on the "Open Ticket" button on the left hand "Support" panel.
- Select the appropriate department to submit a ticket to, in this case that would be "Exact Hosting".
- Fill in all the required information to submit your support ticket and push "Submit".
4. You may view the status of your tickets by looking at the "View" tab in the left hand pain and selecting the ticket status you wish to view.
5) In the list of tickets you are viewing push on the button that says "Open" for the ticket you wish to view.
6) To reply to the ticket push the "Reply" button in the left hand panel under "Ticket Information".
