This article will outline how to purchase one of our 3 hosting packages (Small, Medium, and Large). If you wish to order any other products we offer please call us at 1-844-818-1150 and we would be happy to assist you with this matter.
1. Login to the Exact Hosting Portal and enter your credentials.
2. Navigate to the "Services" drop down in the upper panel and select "Order New Services".
3. Select the hosting package you wish to purchase by pushing the "Order Now" button.
4. Once you have chosen a hosting package you are given 3 options:
- Register a new domain
- Transfer your domain from another registrar
- I will use my existing domain and update my name servers. Enter the domain you wish to set a hosting package up with and push the "Use" button.
5. Specify your preferred billing cycle by viewing the drop down and once complete push the "Continue" button.
6. Review your order and make sure that all of the listed details look correct, enter a promo code if you were provided and push the "Checkout" button.
7. Review all of your contact and billing information and enter your preferred method of payment at the bottom of the screen. Once all of your changes are complete accept the terms and services and push the "Complete Order" button.
