Security questions will add an extra layer of security when you contact our Help Desk by allowing us to more easily verify your identity. Security questions are designed to be memorable to you but hard for anyone else to guess.
The following are some examples of security questions that you can choose in your ExactHosting portal:
- What were the last four digits of your childhood telephone number?
- What primary school did you attend?
- In what town or city was your first full time job?
- In what town or city did you meet your spouse/partner?
- What is the middle name of your oldest child?
