It may be possible that your IP address was blocked by our servers' firewalls due to too many invalid password attempts or other unusual activity from your local network. Please refer to the following steps to check if this is the case, and unblock your IP address:
1. Login to the Exact Hosting Portal and enter your credentials:
2. Pick "Unblock IP Address", from the "Support" menu:
3. Press the button, "Check for IP Block and Remove":
4. This tool will alert you if the IP block was removed or if your IP address is not blocked (not found in firewall).
