This article outlines how to change your client password for your ExactHosting Client Area. 

Reset your password

If you are not sure what your client password is, simply go to exact.help/reset page and enter your email address to receive a new password via email.

Change your password

1) Login to the Exact Hosting Portal and enter your credentials.

2) Once logged in you will notice a drop down menu in the top right corner of the home page which will read "Hello, Name!". Simple click the drop down and select "Change Password".

3) On the "Change Password" page fill out the following fields and click "Save Changes" once complete.

A) Enter in your current client password.

B) Enter in your new password making sure that the bar below turns green letting you know that the password is strong enough for our servers password requirements.

C) Confirm your new password making sure that it matches with the password you have entered above.
