1. Login to the Exact Hosting Portal and enter your credentials:
2. Select "My Services" from the drop down menu:
3. Select the hosting plan that you would like to cancel:
4. Select "Request Cancellation" from the "Actions" pane:
5. Briefly describe your reason for cancellation and press "Request Cancellation":
