The enhanced email service also known as hosted email can be managed from your Exact Hosting account. You can add additional users, remove users, and change passwords.

Adding an account
- Log in to the client area.
- Select Services.
- Press Active to enter your service.
- Hit Setup mailbox.
- Fill in the required fields and press Save.
Removing an account
- Log in to the client area.
- Select Services.
- Press Active to enter your service.
- Select Delete.
- Hit OK to confirm.
Editing an email account password
- Log in to the client area.
- Select Services.
- Press Active to enter your service.
- Hit Edit.
- Enter the new password and select Save.
Adding a forwarding only account
- Log in to the client area.
- Select Services.
- Press Active to enter your service.
- Hit Setup forwarding mailbox.
- Create the forwarding-only email account and where this will be forwarded. Select Save to complete.
Adding an alias account
- Log in to the client area.
- Select Services.
- Press Active to enter your service.
- Hit Add alias.
- Fill in the desired alias fields and press Save.
