The cPanel hosting platform allows users with credentials to log in directly. You will need the username, password, and server name to log in cPanel and bypass your Exact Hosting account. The cPanel login credentials can be given to a trusted user at your own discretion.
Reset your cPanel password
You can set or update your cPanel password inside the Exact Hosting client dashboard.
- Log into the Exact Hosting client dashboard.
- Click on Services, then on My Services.
- Select your web hosting plan name.
- Press Change password.
- Set a new password, and click Save changes.
Acquire your cPanel login details
Your cPanel login page and username can be found in the Exact Hosting client dashboard.
Note: Your cPanel password is not visible and can be reset using the steps outlined in the section Reset cPanel password.
- Log into the Exact Hosting client dashboard.
- Click on Services, then on My Services.
- Select your web hosting plan name.
- Click on Login to cPanel.
- Copy the server name and port number from the address bar.
- Copy the login username from the current user field.
- Summarize the information for storage or sending to your web developer, so they can use the information to login into your web hosting cPanel.
